gozerI'm sticking this instructional video here as it would be handy to have it tagged in my journal(s) for future re-viewing. It's not a viral video I'm sharing with the class or anything! I have a Mortons neuroma in my foot; it's hella painful and this vid is basically a very useful consult with a physical therapist.
If you have pain in the bottom of your foot, you may have a neuroma (irritation of one of the nerves passing between the long-bones in the foot), or possibly capsulitis (irritation of one of the ligaments holding the long-bones in the foot in place.) The therapy in this video should help with either.
